Desert Peace Rose

I must have inherited my love for flowers from both of my grandmothers and my dad. One gandmother had beautiful blooming peonies and small lily of the valley plants around her farm house. My other grandmother was the editor for the garden section of the local newspaper. She would take me with her as she visited nearby flower gardens groomed by the local residents. She would take photos and interview the owners of the garden for the newspaper story. After retirement my dad grew a large flower garden between our house and the farm. Hundreds of lilies and daffodils grew at various times of the year creating glorious colors to enjoy.
